We typically visit weekly or bi-weekly and promptly send you  a complete condition report.  You will be quickly notified if any items need attention. If you wish, we can handle the issues for you or we will refer you to someone who can. 

We specialize in peace of mind for second and third homeowners who desire a high level of discreet service. 

$98 per month for two visits. 

$175 per month for four visits.

We can design and implement a full home maintenance program, tailored to your needs. This could include coordination and management of landscapers, hvac service, housekeepers, pest control, pool maintenance, etc. 

We also offer keyholder services, and can meet technicians when you just can't be there. Don't spend all morning waiting for the cable guy! We can also accept deliveries and forward packages.
